Syahirah, Ain and Mutiara

i've been falling sick for the past 2 weeks! =.="
have been visiting the Doctor twice. =.="
and the cough really killing me. =.="

so this are the things that i should be avoid for this moment:

- No Chocolate
- No Candy
- No Oily Food
- No Sweet Drink
- No Keropok
- No Spicy Food

* Only Healthy foods. and PLAIN WATER.
